A beautifully crafted coat rack made from a unique piece of driftwood gathered from the local lake, combined with hand forged hooks for hanging, and two forged crescent moon hangers for easy installation in your home.
This driftwood coat rack is entirely unique, incorporating nature inspired design elements with the wrought iron crescent moon wall mounts with the natural shape of the driftwood piece. Gleaned from the shores of beautiful Kootenay Lake in the heart of the Kootenays, the combination of iron and wood creates a charming and rustic effect that is ideal in the front hall or coat room of any home.
The six hooks are about 3″ tall by 3″ deep and are able to hold anything from jackets and clothing, to towels or even necklaces and jewellery.
All the ironwork is hand forged by dynamic blacksmithing duo Lorinda and Tim Peel-Wickstrom in their cozy home shop in the forested mountains of the Creston Valley. Every piece is carefully crafted and finished with a polish and linseed oil to bring out the natural beauty of the metal.
