This beautiful and elegant viking troll cross pendant is hand forged by artist blacksmith Tim Peel-Wickstrom at Reforged Ironworks. The pendant is made from a single piece of steel and laced with adjustable leather lace.
Ancient Vikings and Norse peoples would wear a troll cross to ward off evil spirits. The troll cross I forge is based on that ancient design. To honor its heritage, the pendant is simply designed but made with excellence.
The pendant is 2″ tall and 1.5″ wide. The adjustable leather necklace is 24″ in length, durable and comfortable. The pendant can sit right where you want it. A wire brush polish makes the metal shine. Tempering brings out different colors in the steel’s surface. I apply a light coating of beeswax to protect it from rust. Oils from the skin will also help to keep it rust free.
Your troll cross pendant comes wrapped in reclaimed burlap with an item tag describing its origin, materials and an optional, brief message if you wish to include one if it’s a gift.
