This hand forged, heart shaped pendant is handcrafted by artist blacksmith Tim Peel-Wickstrom of Reforged Ironworks. The pendant is handmade from a single piece of recycled steel and laced with an adjustable leather thong.
Makes a great gift for iron anniversaries. The iron heart symbolizes the tenacity and strength of love. Born in the fire of the forge in a small workshop in British Columbia, Canada, using a hammer and anvil. The pendant’s textured surface clearly speaks to its craftsmanship.
The piece is burnished to a silver-black colour, enhancing the natural beauty of the steel. Hand made individually from an iron rod, heated to an incandescent orange glow and forged by the blacksmith, you won’t find anything like this at the mall.
The pendant is 2″ tall and about 1.5″ wide.
The adjustable leather necklace is 24″ in length, so the pendant can sit precisely where you want it to.
